Psychical Health For Everyone
Over the last century, people have started to receive psychological treatment; however, it is not very common even today. Many people avoid psychologists, even though they understand they need professional help from one. The reason for this is mainly financial because psychological treatment is expensive. Another problem is lack of time. Many people are unable to find the time to go to a psychotherapist twice a week.
However, I believe that the worst problem we all have to face when we decide to undergo psychotherapy is who we can trust in this matter. Who is really going to help us? There are so many psychologists, and each one has his/her own method. Is it guaranteed? Will it work for us? Or are we going to spend money and energy without any positive results?
I had to face this very problem when my son was a baby, and I could not receive psychotherapy. I couldn’t pay for the long treatment with a psychologist. My mother-in-law and my cousin Efi had passed away in the same week! Circumstances were awful at the time!
This is when I read several books in search of knowledge about psychotherapy. For me, it was fascinating to read learn, assimilate all the knowledge, and then write about everything that I learned, especially since I have been a writer from the first day I learned how to write. However, for other people, this may not be possible….
Fortunately, after more than 20 years of research, I have finally finished my ebook, which is about the free, safe, and guaranteed psychotherapy everybody can use through dream interpretation! I was cured this way, and have also cured many people this way. The correct method for the exact translation of the meaning of the dreams was discovered by the famed psychiatrist and psychologist Carl Jung, as I have proved in my scientific book, thus continuing his work through my ebook. The book is ready now and will soon be available on my site.
Our dreams are sent to us by the unconscious side of our psychic sphere—their purpose is to show our human conscience the mistakes we make by following the absurd patterns of behaviour of the conscience. We inherit many programs in our learning mechanism that prepare our instinctual behaviour according to the stimuli of the environment and our personality traits. If we simply do what our psychological type is prone to do, or what feels natural, we repeat the same mistakes that everybody belonging to this psychological type makes.
However, you can learn how to develop your psychic sphere and avoid making all the mistakes made by your ancestors, if you are intelligent and willing to work hard in order to change your behaviour.
When examining your dreams, you will not see what you like; on the contrary, you will have to come face-to-face with your worst side. After verifying your ignorance, and how many mistakes you’ve already made in your life, you will lose your pride. However your dreams will show you what you did wrong, so that you can correct your mistakes and do things that will help you and your community live better.
This is a safe method you can trust implicitly, and that you don’t have to pay for. You only need to learn how to interpret your dreams. The information you receive in your dreams is free psychotherapy, tailor-made specifically for you, from the best psychiatrist and psychologist you could ever find: the wise and saintly unconscious!
This psychotherapy gives psychic health to its patients. Through your dreams’ messages, you will learn who you are, and what you have to do in order to develop all your capacities. You are not making the most of yourself, because there is a lot of content inside your psychic sphere that is wild. This has to be transformed to become a part of your human conscience to help you in your life rather than bringing you craziness because this part is still violent, since it is wild and untamed.
Through dream interpretation you can learn to be calm and humble. First of all, you will understand that you create your problems yourself because you do not know how to act for your own benefit.
Start writing your dreams in a notebook, and keep them even if you cannot understand them now. I am going to show you everything I can in my articles and help you this way, as well as with my ebook.
This is very safe psychotherapy because it is based on positivity and wholesomeness. If you are good, you will be able to live far from craziness forever!
The human being is mainly evil and selfish, since most of his psychic sphere belongs to the wild and untamed region that is unknown to the human conscience. The decision to be good is not enough, you will have to constantly fight against the tendencies of being selfish and lazy throughout your journey.
However, you will certainly overcome your depression and neurosis as soon as you start understanding the meaning of your dreams. You are far from perfection, but not far from relief!
During my studies, I came across Carl Jung’s method of deciphering dreams, which helped me and urged me to continue his research into the unknown regions of our psychical sphere. I set my poetry aside and began to compile my findings. I sought to prove that Jung had discovered the proper method of interpretation of dreams. This exercise actually taught me many things, and I continued to pursue Jung’s research into the analysis of dreams. Learn more at booksirecommend.com/ booksirecommend.com/
5 Common Myths About Acne
In spite of the fact that the scientific knowledge about acne and its causes has progressed in the last few years, there are still many myths that continue to be held as truth.
The following are five of the most common myths about acne:
1. Acne is caused by poor hygiene
Skin infections are associated with acne, and this may be what has led to this myth. The combination of sebum and dead skin cells that lead to acne actually occurs beneath the skin’s surface, where is can’t be washed away.
2. Acne is caused by certain foods
It has long been thought that chocolate and greasy foods cause pimples. There is no evidence to prove that this is true. These foods are not very healthy so eating to much of them can cause other health problems, which can aggravate problems with acne.
Some of the foods that do seem to aggravate acne when it is already present include milk and foods with high levels of iodine. Iodine is commonly found in seafood, so it’s a good idea to limit your milk and seafood intake if you’re suffering from acne.
3. Acne has to run its course
It’s commonly thought that the only way to deal with acne is to let it run its course. This is no longer the case – there are many treatments available to deal with acne. If you’re suffering with it, talk to a dermatologist to see if any treatments are available that could help.
4. Acne is a teenage condition
While most teenagers deal with acne to some degree, it is by no means limited to them. Most people’s acne clears up by the time they reach their 20’s, but there are others who continue to have problems in adulthood. Some people even experience it for the first time in their 30’s and 40’s.
5. Sun is good for acne
Sun exposure is not a good way to deal with acne. It can help to dry out excess oils from the skin so it does have a short-term benefit but the skin gets used to the change quickly and the benefit is lost. Plus, sun can seriously damage the skin and lead to skin cancer, so the risk is greater than the benefit.

5 Simple Tips To Speed Up Weight Loss
If you’re trying to lose weight, it can be a slow tedious process. I have five tips I would like to share that will speed up the process of losing weight.
1. Eat more frequently- This might sound contradictory, but eating smaller meals more frequently will help you lose weight. When you eat smaller meals more frequently this gets your metabolism cranking. Once your metabolism gets going, you will burn fat at a quicker, more frequent rate.
2. It’s not what you eat but how much- Most people think that what you eat causes all of the fat gains. While what you eat is important to losing fat or preventing an increased fat gain, quantity is the biggest reason you can’t lose weight. Make sure you count how many calories you eat each. Once you’ve counted how many calories you’ve eaten, try and eat 300 less calories each day. Over the period of a couple weeks doing this alone will help you lose unwanted fat gains.
3. Exercise at least a few times per week- Experts estimate that it takes a loss of 4,500 calories to lose one pound of fat. If you exercise enough during the week, you’ll be able to lose at least one pound of fat. If you combine exercising with eating less, you could lose up to 1.5-2.0 pounds each and every week without being unhealthy. Warning: If you’re extremely overweight or obese, make sure you start of by walking just a little. Start by taking walks around the neighborhood. Once you can do that, increase your exercise by walking comfortably up and down stairs.
4. Don’t Watch TV- Did you know that you actually burn more calories sleeping than you do watching TV? Replace your TV time with an active that you thoroughly enjoy. Doing this alone will help you prevent fat gain in the first place.
5. Take the stairs instead- The American population is pretty close to being 30% obese. Just by walking a few more steps each day you will be able to see fat loss. Walking takes longer to burn fat, but over time you will see a large amount of fat decrease. Starting out, when you see an escalator or an elevator try and take the stair instead.
Remember that if you’re starting a rigorous workout program, that it is important to consult a physician first.

How To Find Cosmetic Surgery Financing
If you have been contemplating cosmetic surgery then you knew it can cost a lot of money depending on the type of procedure. This is where cosmetic surgery financing can be a huge help.
Although you will find some who will put the cost of surgery on a personal credit card, for most folks this simply is not an option. With that said, a credit card will be accepted by just about every cosmetic surgery center and does work well as a method of payment.
The drawbacks with using plastic will often be the high interest rates that are charged unless you can pay off the balance pretty quickly.
Obtaining a cash advance from any credit card is a very bad financing option. You will be with fees along with ridiculous interest.
Other cosmetic surgery financing options can include bank loans or even home equity loans. Yes, there are people who do go this route to finance their surgery.
You will also find that many surgeons and surgery centers will also provide financing options as well. You should discuss this with your doctor when you first begin gathering information.
Some may require a down payment on the amount while some may not. Regardless, always check the terms of any agreement before hand to be sure of what you are signing for. This type of financing can be good for both parties if the terms are fair.
Cosmetic surgery financing is not that difficult to find if you take your time and do your homework. If done right, it can make any cosmetic surgery a big success.

Anti-Aging Help For Your Legs And Feet – They Can Look Younger Today
We rely on our legs and feet to carry us around all day without a thought, but few of us spend any time or effort to maintain their beauty. Most women use cleanser, toner, moisturiser on their face – even anti-wrinkle cream – morning and evening. But your legs have a much harder life and they need care too, as part of your overall anti-ageing campaign. If they are not cared for all year round, blemishes can appear and the skin becomes rough and thick. These are harder to treat the longer they are left.
After a long day, legs and feet should be massaged with a rub or massage oil containing peppermint or menthol, to soothe and invigorate. Massage also improves blood circulation, soothes muscles and reduces the formation of cellulite. Stroke lightly down the leg and firmly back up again. This helps encourage blood flow to the heart and lymph drainage. Lymph is the channel that carries toxins away from the body, and it needs good muscle contraction to flow properly. Gently lift, squeeze and roll the muscles at the back of the legs and knead the thigh and buttock area. Then stroke the length of each leg down to the foot, work over the whole foot using your thumbs in circular movements, particularly on the soles to relieve pressure. Finally stroke up the legs to the buttocks several times and relax.
Hot weather can be particularly nasty for tired toes because heat causes your feet to swell, tightening your shoes and creating considerable discomfort. In winter, the opposite problem can occur; cold feet suffer from a lack of blood supply and sluggish circulation. Here are some simple steps to make a treat for your feet:
- Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of essential oil (tea tree, rosemary or lavender) and soak your feet for at least five minutes.
- Dry your feet carefully with a clean warm towel making sure to dry between each toe.
- Apply an exfoliating foot scrub and slough away dry, dead epidermal cells on the soles of your feet
- Rinse your feet with clean water and dry thoroughly once more.
- Moisturising cream or lotion should be applied to your feet with great care as the skin on the feet is tougher then elsewhere and needs longer to absorb treatment creams. Concentrate on the pads of skin just below your toes, where your feet do the most work and dead skin can accumulate. Apply a little cream on your toenails to keep them soft and supple.
- Apply cuticle lotion to soften your toenails
- Using a sharp pair of nail scissors trim your toenails straight across, and don’t be tempted to create an oval shape (this can lead to ingrown toenails)
- Apply cuticle remover to your nails, then gently push back each cuticle with a clean orange stick.
- Insert a set of two separators and apply a base coat, nail polish and topcoat.
Another simple but effective treatment for beautiful feet is to apply Vaseline over the feet at night and wear heavy cotton socks to bed (not on a night when you want some romance!!) When you wake up, your feet will feel absolutely wonderful!
Regular walking and simple leg and calf muscle exercises are vital to keep the legs well toned! By just taking simple measures at home you can have a perfect pair of legs and feet to show off this summer!

You Are What You Eat – Only Half of the Equation
When we look at the total picture of a healthy life, we think of eating organic foods, exercise, rest, sunshine, taking multivitamins, some people know that minerals need to be included. However, many people neglect working on the other half of the equation—elimination. If we have poor elimination our body stores toxins in cells, organs and glands.
How do we know there are toxins in the body?
• The first sign of toxins is Fluid retention since liquid is the first to be eliminated. There is proof in this statement in that we urinate more often than we defecate.
• Second is yeast which protects us from heavy metal poisoning. If you are plagued with yeast infections you are holding heavy metal and need to detox the metal
• Third is excess mucous which is secreted in the respiratory and digestive tracts against allergens and irritants.
• Fourth is fat which encases and stores the toxins. You can use a BMI calculator to discern if your weight is an issue. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bminojs.htm
BMI Categories:
• Underweight = < 18.5
• Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
• Overweight = 25-29.9
• Obesity = 30 or greater
There are four ways toxins are eliminated from the body. Two are primary and two are secondary.
• Liquids are eliminated from our blood stream through our kidneys and bladder.
• Solid waste is eliminated through the intestines and colon.
When these two primary elimination methods are working efficiently, we do not need to rely on our secondary systems—the lungs and skin to eliminate toxins.
The lungs attempt to detoxify our blood by throwing off or out-gassing toxins which we experience as odorous or putrid breath. The skin—the largest organ of the immune system-acts like an ‘extra’ kidney. We see this as oozing eruptions, pimples or blemishes.
When the lungs and skin are needed to detoxify the body, the best approach is to clean and fortify the colon. Thus, the primary systems are functioning optimally and the lungs and skin can return to their primary purposes.
Positive change depends upon numerous factors such as age, vitality and length of exposure. A younger person might have greater reserve energy than someone older. A more recent exposure often has faster results than a chronic situation.
When detoxification is done efficiently and safely, it can be very effective in bringing about a greater sense of well-being and increased energy to enjoy life. Contact a Naturopath to learn the most effective approach to detoxification for your needs.

How To Increase Your Energy
Being tired in fast becoming the new 20th century disease. According to the book ‘The 28Day Plan’ lack of energy can be attributed to: a bad diet, overindulgence in alcohol, lack of sleep and smoking. Plus we know that stress can zap our energy and leave us feeling tired. So how can we get more energy into our life?
One of the best ways to increase your energy is to eat energy producing foods such as porridge, muesli, fish, poultry, lean lamb, bananas, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh vegies, baked potatoes, wholemeal foods, fresh juices, water, Soya milk, seeds and nuts. Foods to limit are coffee, tea, cows cheese, beef/pork, sugary foods, pastries, biscuits, chips, white flour foods, fizzy drinks and chocolate (oh no!).
Other tips in the 28-Day Plan book to raise and restore energy are:
(1). Hibernation-take 20 minutes a day for quiet time. Think about no one and nothing. Lie down, listen to some favourite music or close your eyes and drift off to a beautiful island.
(2). Breath-Spend 5 minutes doing some deep breathing. Sit on the floor in comfortable clothes. Close your eyes and slowly breathe in through your nose, hold for a count of five and slowly exhale to a count of 5.
(3). Laugh-Have a good belly laugh. Watch a funny video or tell a funny joke. Refer back to my last newsletter for more tips.
(4). Sleep-Most of us realise we need 8 hours of sleep for the most benefit. Some other tips are to sleep with the window slightly open (be security conscious too). Have a firm supportive mattress and sufficient pillows. Eat at least 5 hours before going to bed. Go to bed the same time each night. Relax before bed.
(5). Pamper yourself-Go out and treat yourself to a beautiful bunch of flowers (or pick some from your garden). Have a massage, give yourself a facial or bubble bath, and go out for herbal tea with a friend.
(6). Do some stretching and flexing of your body at the start of each day.
(7). Exercise for 30 minutes each day. Some exercise ideas are: walking, jogging, cycling, skipping, bouncing (trampoline), swimming, cleaning and gardening. Have a health check before starting any exercise program.
(8). Eat breakfast.
So get to it. Use this information and tips to begin putting more energy back into your day!

What is Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia
The number of Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia sufferers is growing, however, not many people understand what Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia means. It actually refers to two types of ailments. Chronic Fatigue is serious body exhaustion which could last for at least six months. This condition usually has four symptoms. Victims of this disease may have impaired memory or have problems concentrating. On top of that, they would also feel muscle pain, lack of sleep, malaise, headache and sore throat.
On the other hand, Fibromyalgia is a syndrome which is associated with pain on several tender points of the body. People who has Fibromyalgia normally suffer from insomnia and fatigue. This condition is typically caused by dysfunction of the immune system or the hypothalamus. The inadequacy of certain body nutrients also adds to the disease. Fibromyalgia normally develops very slowly over the years. This makes it difficult to be diagnosed.
Both these ailments need medical attention, as they may occur in different levels of severity. The truth is, they are difficult to be diagnosed. Currently, there are no definite laboratory tests to confirm them. Hence, most of the doctors consider an all-inclusive approach to the disease, including the use of alternative medicines. Most of the time, it is up to the patient to determine which medication help them better.
The treatment of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia should be carried out on the first signs of the disease. For starters, a highly nutritious diet should be in place. The energy required of a person with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia is found on foods rich in Vitamin B or in several supplement capsules that are available at most drug stores.
Another way to relieve fatigue is by getting enough peaceful sleep. People with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia have difficulty sleeping. Even if they do get to sleep, it is not as refreshing as it should be.
The body pains associated with the disease have to be addressed. This is done through taking medications, either drug or herbs. Always consult your doctor to prescribe one for you. From time to time, you might need to switch from one pill to another though, just to determine which drug is most helpful to you.
